Hi from South Dakota
Im a real newbie when it comes to smoking and grilling with charcoal. Im a propane guy I guess. But Im willing to learn....I just made a homemade smoker, so I figured id better get all the help I can get. Looks like a lot of fun!

Hi BJ welcome. Heard them Dakota Territories was real nice geography congrats on picking such a nice place to live. These folks have you cooking januine bbq like a pro in no time. Yall got any room left on Mount Rushmore for a likeness of Prez Osama? The ears could be a little problematical.
