A little about myself, Raised in South Louisiana, I have eaten BBQ all my life, then I found out what REAL BBQ was all about. I started watching BBQ Pitmasters and I was hooked, I bought an electric smoker and loved it. I wanted to switch to Charcoal and my wife talked me into buying a Primo Oval XL. Good Smoker, Good Wife. I am just learning and I want to learn all I can. I found out about this site by watching a You Tube interview with Diva-Q. I have never used a Forum before. So I’m looking forward to see how this works and for any suggestions that you might have.

1. We all love food porn, so put up as many pictures as you can when posting.
