Hi All, New member and new life!
Well, long story short, is I choose to get involved in a new business for me because of my love for eating (LOL), cooking and BBQ. I am taking a soul food (touch of Cajun) place down in SE Arkansas and changing it a bit. I am going lots BBQ with a touch of Soul-Cajun and SE Asian. WHAT??? Well, I have been in 2 other restaurants a while back, one American they other French infused Thai. SE Asian is spicy, so is Cajun and BBQ is tangy. So I will take the best of the best of all my recipes and infuse toagther, like KimChee-BBQ Duck pizza (i know Korean not SE Asian), like traditional PHO Viet soup and Yaka Mein from New Orleans with slivers of BBQ in it, etc., Thai pork belly seasoned meat infused into a 3 blend burger, etc., etc. Outside the place on the side yard I am building a Tiki Bar and area that will serve frozen drinks and Polynesian snacks and appetizers with a BBQ twist to some, soul food twist to others.
