Hey everyone, I'm new here as you can tell. Decided to join, because I'm playing with the idea of starting a BBQ catering Company. That would be mobile, (trailer smoker). I guess my pulled pork is pretty awesome, seeing how my party crowds keep getting larger and larger and my wife keeps telling me to sell it. So, here it is, where do i begin. Right now I just have a small smoker, this 4th of July I'm doing 5-6 pork butts....and deep frying some chickens. My wife has a degree in restuarant management, but she said ask the people already doing it,so here I am. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
