Welcome Willy.
FYI: WillyT cooked all the meat for the KCBS Judging Class in Shelby, NC last weekend. Thanks for doing that to help us learn.

Had the pleasure of meeting Willy T in Shelby also. First class outfit and outstanding Q! I really appreciate your work at the KCBS judge's class.
Welcome to the jungle, Willy. Don't be afraid to feed the animals.

Welcome, Willy! The team name sounds familiar. I don't compete (at least, not yet... I have joined the Screamin' Nite Hog team), but I've been to the Blue Ridge BBQ Festival in Tryon for the past 5 years as a spectator. Might I have seen your team there?
