Hey yall from Hillbilly
Howdy, located in North Iowa. I do alota traditional smokin, pork butt, brisket, chuck roast, chicken, turkey an such.
Developed alota my own rubs, sauces an seasonins.
I use a Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain smoker which I have made several modifications to an really like.
I process most a my own smokin wood.
I also am in the process a startin a caterin business. Goin slow an stayin small. Enjoy smokin an cookin an don't wanna spoil the fun!

Dang Bryan..looks like you done went and graduated from this place and I did not even realize you was a student. Congrats. I will be open during the Holiday Season to accept scientifical evalation samples of various substances. Rubs.sauces..etc. If you need the snail mail give me a shout.
