Hello from Townville S.C.
Hello every one. My name is Louis. I have been smoking all my life (61). My father had a BBQ place in Texas. I am retired now, so I have time to play. I have built my smokers and a new sausage box. Here are some pic of my toys. Will be checking your forum for advice and ideas.
