Hello from Toronto
Found your site through BBQTalk.ca up in the Frozen North in Ontario. Just love to spend time with BBQ and a cold one in every season. Been cooking and BBQ'n all my life, but am relatively new to smoking foods.
I'm using a 2 burner gasser, Weber gold kettle ( most of the time ) with a Smokenator and am currently deciding on either a Traeger Li'l Tex or a WSM for my next toy.
P.S. Tried and failed to load avatar from my files ???
Cheer to all.
Cramden

BTW, BBQ happens a lot more frozen and a lot more north. Welcome again. It's nice to have more winter cookers aboard.

Thanks All
Thanks to all for the welcomes and to Greg for the avatar tip.
For the record, I'm happy when fishin and cookin. My winter gig is in the kitchen think'n up new ways to make chili. Of course, nothing builds an appetite like shovelling the snow off the deck for an hour before firing up the Q.
Hey Big Wheel, the igloos are made out of kevlar now. They don't melt next to the Q any more and divert incoming fire on Saturday nights when the boys have had a few too many.
No whale blubber, but I Q'd up some muskox steaks a few weeks ago ( no, really ) and the company said they were better than the Q'd veal. Man, the meat is so sweet. I've got some cariboo, moose, venison and Berkshire pork sitting in the freezer just waiting for an idea.
Will let you know the results.
Happy weekend.
Cheers
Cramden
