Hello from the Pacific Northwest!
I'm Brian and go by swamprb for the forums, If its OK I'd like to hang around awhile! I've been into smokin' for a few years starting out with an electric Little Chief and doing mostly salmon. I found an earthenware Kamado and used it mainly as a grill. Then at the urging of some co-workers, picked up a GOSM and got was bitten by the Q' bug!
Besides BBQ'n I enjoy finding used and neglected pits and grills on Craigslist and restoring them to their somewhat original state, modify and then cooking on them. So I have a few different rigs but a Master of none! But I am having fun!
