Hello from the Pacific Northwest
I am from Washington State and have been reading all of the very informative posts on this site for a few months now. I would like to thank everyone for the great tips on how to make my grilling better. I recently upgraded from a Weber Smokey Joe to a Weber 22 One Touch Gold. I work on the ocean, so I get a chance to grill everything from fish to crab cakes. However, I do have an affinity for grilled pizza, and of course any cut of red meat. Bigger the better I say. I am rather new at posting on Internet forums so please bear with me in my attempts at posting pictures. Here are a few to test this thing out. The first is my new "blue" Weber. Looks more purple to me, so I affectionately refer to it as "Grimace". The second is my new chimney starter uhh... starter.
