Hello from San Diego.
Been a gas griller for many years but made the switch to charcoal this spring and haven't touched my gas grill since. I mostly grill on my Weber OTG with a little low and slow thrown in. Just finished making a UDS this week and just picked up a used jumbo Joe.

Hey Vermin. Welcome aboard. My left wing ex swabby big brudder went through basic deck mopping school at that town you live in. He said it was real nice country. I think that is the place where they have special SP assigned to go get drunk sailors out of jail in Tiajuana on either Sun or Mon. I forget right now. Anyway looks like you building yourself a nice cooking aresenal. Holler any old time.

Howdy. Nice equipment you're compiling. You might as well go ahead and sell that "microwave on the deck" gasser of yours. Charcoal/wood is the only way to go! More excuses to have another beer!
