New York that is.
Well how did I stumble across this site, I was searching how to pickle red peppers and watched WittDog's video and then watched some more of his videos. One of the vids said the brine could be found at bbqcentral.com or something along those lines...and some clicks later I found this place with mouth watering pics and playfull humor.
Background:
A couple of years ago my father spent enough with his credit card so he got a free prize and asked me to help him set it up. The prize being a masterbuilt 7-1 smoker. So having no idea how to use it borrowed it and still have it to this day. Shortly after I received a cook'n cajun I believe is what it is called can't recall the brand (It has a top and a body). This past summer I received another one from my Uncle which is at my parent's house. Every once in a while my dad jokingly asks me how his smoker is doing but I don't mind because that other has been sitting in his backyard all summer and he never used it once...Ok that was long winded and I promise will never happen again.
I am ready to fire it up tomorrow to cook up a stuffed pork loin recipe that I found in the wolfepit along with the apple ginger chutney that smokey lew posted...If I take pics I'll post them.
