Re: hello from georgia
Hey Hogmeat, welcome. I used to be an old dirt dauber type stick burner back in a previous incarnation myself. I always tole em..."I can weld anthing but a broken heart and the crack of dawn." (forget get who originated that line right now). Anyway I built a few po boy type grills and such thangs. Reason I quit was the warden naggin about all the old scrap metal littered out all over the yard. I would still be breathing the pizzen fumes if it wasnt for that old deal. Not many folks was familar with steel offset pits back in them days. Everybody know the best bbq flavor come from the fat meat dripping on the mesquite coals..yum yum.
