Hello From Cincinnati
After many years, my husband and I bought a grill. I had been asking for one for years and for some reason he resisted. We got a CharBroil Tru Infrared Commercial two burner and I am having a ball. I lost 30 lbs a year ago, and I bought the grill as a low cal way to eat well after all that sacrifice and change. It has been great. Food tastes wonderful, clean up is a breeze, and my husband is really happy too, even though I am the one who cooks most on it. Odd to say, my next door neighbor (Laurie) is the "grillmaster" at her house, too. We exchange grill tales. Great fun. Glad to be here. Cincinnati (Porkopolis) is a great meat town and just about everyone has a grill. I feel like I joined the party.

I love downtown, but I live out here in the 'burbs and have made good friends with my local butcher. Hey, now that the Reds are doing well, there is always something to talk about!
Rack of lamb tonight. Very good. With eggplant and string beans. I will do pictures in the future.
