Name is Dennis and I am a newb to this forum and to smoking/BBQ
I am originally from Detroit area but now reside on beautiful Greenville, SC.
Just bought an OKJ's smoker/ charcoal / gas combo grill.
Looking forward to chatting and getting some advice.
Just smoked my first ribs, will post that up seperately as I need some advice on that.
Hey Dennis..hearty welcome. Sounds like a fine cooking apparatus you got there. I have kin who are tail gunners on the Budwieser truck up in Detroit. Glad you escaped. Next logical move is from the Carolinas to Texas. Thats how our clan got started. Then my Grandpa moved in from Tennesee and throwed some confusion into the chromosomes. We will leave the light on for ya..lol.
