Hello everyone and thank you for having me!
I'm from Washington, left coast style, and have been grilling for the better part of 20 years. I would still consider myself an educated beginner though as my comfort zone is steak, steak, steak, burgers and dogs, steak, chicken and kabobs, baby backs and vegetables and steak.
I'm hoping to expand with the help of the seasoned professionals here.
In my free time I am an avid outdoors-man that loves to camp, fish and big game hunt and I like to cook, take care of my home, spend time with family and friends, etc. When I have to work I pretend to own a fence and deck company but more often than not find myself swinging a hammer and covered in saw dust instead of playing golf and sleeping in LOL.
