Hello to all!
Just in the process of getting a new grill; my current several-years-old Charmglow Home Depot special is a little the worse for wear on the corrosion front, but has worked very well for me right up until the point that one of the burners corroded through. I replaced the burner with a generic part, but just can't get the temperature where I want it since then.
Aside from summer barbecues (summer starts about July here, and runs through about, err, July...) typical use is for a family ritual of grilling some steaks every Saturday night, even if I have to dig through snow to get to the grill. I'm also working up some practice in making sausages from scratch. Hopefully by the time summer rolls around I'll have that worked out. I've got plenty of time to work on it though

Anyway, I'll be posting some questions looking for advice on a new grill. Looking forward to hearing everybody's insights...
