Hello Everyone, I am from Springfield, Missouri. I have been cooking for about 10 years, but did my first comp this past weekend at Rockin Ribs in Springfield. Scores were all over the place but, heck, if I didn't have the most fun since my honeymoon
posting.php?mode=post&f=34# . I am cooking on a Modified Char-Broil American Gourmet Deluxe, and I am in the process of building my own cooker, out of a 500 gal fuel tank and an old wood stove. I hope to have that done by the end of the summer.
I am loving the Forum so far. I found out about it from BBQ Central Radio Show!
