Checking in from SC
Just ran across this forum and decided to join. Can never have too much knowledge or too many resources. I am located in Upstate SC. I have been smoking meat for 25+ years. I have quite an array of smokers. My smokers include a 22 and 18 WSM, Primo XL, Traeger Texan, Backwoods Piglet Plus, Backwoods Competitor, a UDS, and a few miscellaneous cookers. I have done a few competitions and would like to do more. I have attended Myron Mixon's school, Carolina Pitmaster's Class, and Carolina Outdoor Cooking Class. I enjoy cooking, especially outside. I look forward to sharing ideas.
