Hey Poppa welcome. Think some of my kin may have settled in Tenn whilst trying to escape from NC to Texas back in the good old days. Tell you them bbq teams is for the birds. Too many cooks spoil the broth..thats an adage that is real true. Aint never seen any teams which formed which did not end on a sour note when the deal goes awry..and they always go awry. You need you to do the cookin and one good lookin lady friend who wears Daisey Duke blue jean shorts to do the cleanin. They have a knack for it that menfolks lack. Just my dos centavos of course. Don't be no lurker.
