I am a custom pit builder from just outside of Fort Worth. I've been reading through the forums and I really gain alot of perspective from the conversations. The majority of you are far more advanced at the art of Bar-B-Q than I am but I love learning and listening and putting that into my design. Big Hat has come a long way since taking on the incredible Smokemaster Smoker legacy 3 years ago. I look forward to the journey with BBQ Central.
Hey Big Hat welcome. We needed another Texican over here. The yankees were fixing to get into the majority there for a short while..lol. As old Nate who runs the cajun seafood place over behind the big Texaco gas station in Addison might say.."If we are going to have to beg like a dawg to see some pics of your pits..let us get it out of the way..woof woof."
Welcome to the confusion. Fote Wuff, Huh? You're not as mind-warped as that other'n from there are ya? Don't let him convince you to try and imitate BBQ with 'lectricity.
I'll take a look at your pick-a-tures when this website settles down and quits jumpin so much.
Ok, it's bettah now...Lookin good from here, but it all looks so CLEAN! You a clean freak, or is it new?
