i start with min.charge of 75 a hr. with 2 hr. min. prep /clean-up..11a hr. for hired help.. others charged buy plate...what supplys it takes to do the job meat to napkins $$ then all most double that cost for labor

Always RUB your meat b-4 grilling !!!!
