I can't reply to my other thread on the Graduation party but wanted to thank you all for your help. The party was yesterday and turned out great. Les and I made potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and sauce at home. Then he and two other guys did 120 lbs of pork (4 whole hams) and 40lbs of chicken leg quarters. It was all more grilled than smoked because his Sister in law doesn't like the smoke flavor. Everything was done in plenty of time and while 100 people showed up, not all of them ate anything so we have lots of leftovers. lol

Sounds great Allie, I give Les credit for actually caring how his sister-in-law feels, she'd have gone hungry here...or maybe a burger.
