Dittos on the more than plenty aspect. I used to try to buy sauce by the gallon on the few caters we have done but found it just about as effective to buy smaller jugs of a variety of sauces and let the folks choose which they like best or what they think they might like best. It seems to be fun for them to have some choices and do some experimention in the matter. Prob a bit more expensive than a single brand or ho made concoction by the gallon if cost is a factor. Just some food for thought.
