I cooked up this 100lb hog and 8 butts for a job yesterday. I had a ton of compliments and they have already talked about doing another one in the fall.

Man that's really sweet. Were there any left overs?

Plenty slaw and potato salad. Not a bit of meat left. VERY hungry factory workers. These guys and gals make land mine detection systems. We had to be escorted to the bathrooms and escorted out. Very secure place.

Wow. I'm loven it. All this talk about pig, I just gotta give those beer can chickens some props too! good looken birds.

Did you put a tin-foil bra on that turkey ?

Yep, I got as many comments on them as I did on the pig. It turned out that a couple folks didnt eat pork so I carved up some beer can chicken for them. THe question I have is who the he!! goes to a pig roast and no eat pork? GO FIGURE!

Yea Bill, just like the goofy people that showed up at a hog cook I did about 8 years ago with a box of veggie burgers (http://www.bocaburger.com/products/boca ... oductBox=0) and asked me to cook them for them. I opened my pit and asked "you want me to cook them on here?" They passed and did them on the customers gas grill after spending a hour of cleaning it. Hay, my customer was happy, he got a super clean gas grill out of the deal.

Pigs

Well it would take a bloodthirsty muslim extremist spy to infiltrate a pig pickin and demand a veggie burger. Did the mystery couple look anything like Prez Osama and Michelle my Bell?
