what kind of sauce do you use up there in King's Mountain?
I cooked a few butts for a Realtor a while back....she was having a brokers open house..something new to draw them to the house was the BBQ.

$5.00 for a sammie and a drink is good price and with a side of slaw a very good price, out here a side will garner $1.25 - $1.50, so with a sammie slaw and a drink you can easily make $6.00 - $6.50 and your 140 people work out between $840.00 and $910.00 up to a 65% gain for your pocket.
