Since I first posted this we've eaten there twice. A couple of offset pits out front, and the owner/pitmaster goes back and forth to keep a check on things. They post on a small blackboard indoors where "today's pig" came from (NC). The food's not bad, but I like mine better. However, it's nice to know there's somewhere nearby where I can go when I get a hankering.
(It's the only place I've seen up here where my favorite sauce -- Scott's of Goldsboro NC -- is sold!)
