Ribs for 100 last weekend, Butts, Brisket, Beans, Slaw for 105 this weekend. Got a good shot at rain this weekend. Nothing more until June 30, then I'm pretty much cooking BBQ every weekend until the week before Oinktoberfest! I have back to back to back jobs 07/22 to 07/26 to 07/29 for 100-400-200. THAT should be a tough week!
