How much turkey??

60lbs of raw turkey is perfect, in my opinion too. Remember you have alot of waste (bone, skin, cartledge, neck, ice, innards) from the original weight of the raw turkey. I figure if you buy 60lbs of raw turkey, you should end up with at least 30lbs of edible meat which will be more than plenty of turkey.
 
In caterin, with a boned meat like turkey, you firgure a pound a person..So the previous posters are right on the mark.. becurious to know what you'tr stuffing pork loin with, if ya dont mind :?:
