Hi everyone,
One of my friends has a catering unit Toronto. He had been handling this unit for the past 5 years. Since the food that is being served in his unit is very tasty, he gets a lot of orders. In fact, he is a busy man. He has around 45 staff in his unit. One of the main issues that he faces is that there is no proper handwash unit there.

As faecal bacteria are present in 26% of hands of people, handwashing units are essential in a catering business. If the unit is neat and clean, then customers are more likely to buy the food. My question is how should a handwash unit be? Other than a handsfree soap dispenser what are the other accessories that should be there in that unit. Share your ideas.

If you are preparing food for people, then cleanliness in the kitchen is the most important thing for the cook.

I like the way it's arranged here, at any moment a check can come to the restaurant, so everything must be perfect, so as not to lose the license.

You're right! if you are engaged in the cooking business, then you should pay great attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen, refrigerators, warehouse, equipment, and all kitchen items. You should also pay attention to the cleanliness of the hands of the staff, so a good antiseptic is a great idea. And it's very important that the staff take care of their health because bacteria and viruses spread very quickly and this can affect the quality of food that you give to clients. Another important point is the clean dishes. Therefore, we ordered a new brand dishwasher for our cafe that washes dishes well in hot water and this leaves no chance for any bacteria.
