Well Woody at least we can agree the it is alot of work!
However, if I might add, a "properly cooked" and I mean properly cooked fresh cut FF is the greatest.
Now don't get me wrong, frozen is an excellent way to go and I don't think there is a bad sauce for a FF, except what I cooked up for woody the other day.

Anyway, here woody sit down and try these, got a touch of that crushed sea salt on them, can I getcha sum sauce?

Dipping fries intio a chocolate frosty(Wendy's) is a good thing too. HOw about bbq fries. Find some good rub and spinkle some slightly spicy bbq rub on them. How about sweet potato fries or chips with a cinnamon based rub. Doesn't big head's rub have cinnamon??? In all seriousness, Wolfe rub ground a little finer (so it sticks Larry ) would be very very good on sweet potato fries or chips. I'll have to try it. Be a great vending item...new twist on something old.
