Where I live you have to have a contained trailer with a screened serving window to vend, so many around here rent vending trailers from one of the big name cola companys. Looks professional plus has counters and enough room to actually work in. They deliver the trailer and pick it up when you are done. You have to buy their product though which isnt bad if you dont mind messing with cups and ice. Just have one or 2 of those pretty ladys do it!
