gonna be doing a cook in dec gotta get a price together . i'm doing just the meat no sides (they are furishing the sides.) they want bbq, ribs and brats for 100. never done just meat always meats and sides , so wondering what to charge... thanks for any info....BIG E

If you are buying the meat, I agree with Larry. Ribs are expensive.

At least 10 per person....good chance folks will line up at the ribs
pan and not touch the brats.....if you are expected to feed
ribs for a certain amount of people, I'd dang sure get my money there.

Take your normal price... Drop it a buck for no sides.

This is whut I have been taught to call a custom meat cook. Figger up the raw weight and add two bucks a pound for whutever passes through your pit and emerges cooked or heated up on the far side. That should work.
