Oil Change

I wouldn't use the same oil more than 3 times.
If it smells like the food you cooked, is dark or cloudy, or smells a bit uhhh "off", dump it out back.

agree. I have fried as many as 5 in the same oil but would stick with Scotty's recomendations.
