Knox "Yummy Chicken" rub

I tried the rub during the 1st cook in my new Superior Smokers SS-One.

The name says it all.
That was some yummy chicken. My wife (who never likes leftover chicken) said it was just as good the next day when we ate more.

Flavor is good and well balanced. No one flavor stands out in front of the rest. Best of all, the sodium wasn't that high per serving. I'll be getting some more of this, but have to try the other rubs I got from Knox before reordering.

Well drop em an email and tell em to get over here and start passing out some free samples. Somebody might want to buy some if they give it a test run so to speak.
