If you want to grill over a real wood fire, and can afford it... you want it.

I've still have an issue with Klose regarding a small, $5 mod I ordered -- a nipple which would let me run a remote smoke box to use the pit as a cold smoker -- which they forgot to install. It's been almost two months and they still haven't done what they said they were going to do to fix it. They've been very nice and all, but for one reason and another follow through has been [ahem] weak. Either they'll take care of it in the next couple of days (supposedly the package is on its way), I will, or I'll hire someone.

The customer service issue is annoying, but in the greater scheme of things it's just a mosquito bite.

Bottom Line:
I've used quite a few grills of the type, and always wanted one. The reality of owning and using the Klose is even better than imagined. Worth repeating: If you want to grill over a real wood fire, and can afford it... you want it.
