For those that want a healthy salmon try this:
Take salmon put dill, salt, pepper, and spray with some Pam.
Grill till done.
A good vinagrette that goes on top it is:
couple tb of dill
couple tb of capers
2 tea of lemon zest
juice of a lemon
touch of honey
3 tb of vinegar
put in blender and bring together with good olive oil.
Use this as a dipping sauce for salmon.
