Peppered Tuna Steak with Horseradish Cream
Let my wife cook dinner tonight and she found a great receipe in Born To Grill.
Lemon - Pepper Paste
1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tea. veg. oil
1 1/2 tea. coarse ground black pepper
1/2 tea. kosher salt
Two 1 inch thick tuna steaks
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbs. prepared horseradish
2 tea. grated onion or onion juice
1/4 tea. kosher salt
1 - 4 hours coat fish with paste, cover and refrigerate. Grill steaks to your likeing and serve with a dollop or two of the cream.
