Hot Crab Dip
1lb Lump Crab Meat
1 block of cream cheese
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Bell Pepper cut into a small dice
1/2 Sweet Onion cut into a small dice
Parsley, Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix everything except the crab meat till smooth, then lightly fold in crab meat being careful not to break the lump up. Spoon into a pie dish and sprinkle with Old Bay on the top and bake at 375 for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. When done squeeze fresh lemon juice on right before serving.
