I marinated two bone in chicken breasts in Italian salad dressing for 24 hours then dredged in a flour, bread crumb, and parmesan cheese mixture.
Into a 400 degree oven until internal temp hit 160.
While resting for a couple of minutes I did up some fresh asparagus in butter and four cloves of garlic.
Time to eat.
