Found this hiding in the freezer, from Thanksgiving
Put a pint of chicken broth, a few bay leaves, salt & pepper in a pot, added the turkey breast and low simmered for an hour and a half
Removed the turkey breast, added a cornstarch and cream mixture to make the gravy
Toasted some Sourdough bread, piled on the turkey. Mash spuds and creamed corn on the side.
The Mrs thinks I'm really nuts now that I'm taking pictures of leftovers!
