Chicken thighs

from Stogie/Bruce

Marinade thighs in Italian dressing overnight.

Rub with a poultry type seasoning. Go under the skin, and on top.

Grill indirect till temps get to 160.

Place thighs in a pan (with a glob of bacon grease if sodesired) and cover with bbq sauce (I used Sonnys).
Let them simmer in that till they get to 170.

Then put over the coals direct until 180. This crisps up the skin.

Great layers of flavors....crispy skin....enjoy!

I've always warmed mine up but I read here that it doesn't seem to matter since the sauce heats up very quickly.

I've done this recipe quite a few times. I've never heated the sauce before and it always turns out great! This is one of the best bbq chicken recipes I've ever used!
I hope this isn't negative!
