1 Green Pepper diced
1 small onion diced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup Sherry
2 cups diced Lamb cooked
8 med mushrooms
2 med potato cooked and cubed
1/2 cup grated cheese

375* oven
Sautee green pepper and onion in butter til tender and onion clear.
Stir in flour. Add milk and sherry stir until thickened.
Add salt pepper and dill.
Then add everthing but the cheese to an oven safe casserole mix and top with cheese cook for about 15 mins.
