Well if you want veggies I would soak them overnight in a mixture of 1/2 Kikomann Soy Sauce and water mixed 50/50. For the meat portion of the event I would use the recipe from the link below. You can cut the marinate time from 3 days to 15 mins or so if you have a vacuum sealer bucket gizmo.
