Recipe??? Ok: get yer ribs ready with lite sprinkle of dry rub I used KC Masterpiece BBQ rub (from wally world) fire up the smoker 235 to 250 grate temp. Keep close as you can, throw on the ribs drink a few beers add hickory as needed. After about 4 or 5 hours the meat on the small end of the bones is gonna pull back, you want about 1/2 to 3/4 in of bone to show. sauce em if want choke down the fire & get another beer or 2.
After 30 minutes or so pull the ribs wrap em foil if you aint gonna eat now
& chunk em in a cooler (no ice, duh) & cover with a towel. If your ready to eat slice em up. Heres another shot
