Pineapple

I thought I saw a thread the other day about using pineapple rinds in the smoker. I just got some pineapples (hey, nice pineapples =P~ ) the other day and I saved the rinds. Anyone got a clue how that works, or have ever used them?

Nope, but I can give you some advice....if you ever do pineapple on the grill or smoker with brown sugar or whatever....don't eat to much.
