Got a small bone in pork loin and marinated it in Yummy Chicken...............awesome.

Cooked indirect until done. Served with smashed garlic new potatoes and cheesy broccoli.

Looks yummy. Now how did we break through the bones? You got a chainsaw or hack n sack or something? How do Mr. Buckethead manage to lose his bucket? Might be a good idear to give up on the King Edwards. Have you ever tried a Cohiba hand rolled by Fidel himself? Them are supposed to the best for the high dollar folks. Maja Rushie likes em that is good enough for most rational folks. Even po underpaid non unionized pubic servants can afford boneless loins. I know the bone in models is cheap cheap but I am detecting a very bad pinche caverone bucket headed boy. When you say, "marinated it in Yummy Chicken", did you apply the rub to the pork and let it sit in the fridge for a while, or did you mix the Yummy Chicken as part of a brine and soak the pork? Inquiring minds would like to know.
