Some Chicken and Andouille sausage on the grill. Chicken seasoned with some Yummy Chicken seasoning from Knox's Spice Co.

Plated. The Yummy Chicken seasoning is pretty darn good, I recommend it. The sausage is made at a local market and they know how to make some sausage.

Wow it all looks great V9 and what in the heck is a Nopales (cactus), or better yet what does it taste like? So happy I didn't post the beer brats I did tonight I would have been embarrassed after seeing your post

Great job Vermin. I just ordered some of those rubs from Knox's myself. We have a lot of the nopales in our local markets but I never tried them. Do you do anything to them other than just plop them on the grill?

Take the needles out of course which is a pain and rub them down with a little oil so my choice of seasoning will stick to them and then throw them on the grill.

Do you just use some salt and petter on them or is there something else you season with?
