Fire roasted some Pasilla, Yellow and Jalapeno peppers on the grill using my weed burner.
Let the peppers steam a while then cleaned the skins, seeds and veins
Some abts stuffed with a little cream cheese and some leftover Italian sausage from last night
Some onions sauteing and the peppers sliced real thin and cooking in a CI pan
Burgers on the grill
Burgers indirect with a slice of Chipotle Pepper Jack cheese
Burger topped with the onion pepper mixture and Kinders Exxxtra Hot BBQ sauce and served with some leftover potato salad.
