The pork was about 2 hours, Wife & grand child didn't like the rub blend.
It was a tad too spicy for em. The marinade soaked into the meat real good, It was real strong vinagar based, Close to Chavettas but with cummin & other spices. It did over power the sauce, Thats why it was poured on the plated meat too
I'm gonna get a Canon soon, the old cam aint gonna last long...
