Man, everything looks good! You can get some serious cooking products down there (ie. PeeDee River Swamp Sauce)! Got the idea for using griddle for burgers on one of your videos. Have some friends from Homa & Lafayette area that lived up here for about 6 years before moving back home. Man they were some Cookin' Machines"!!! Keep the videos comin'!

That Pee Dee Rivers Swamp Sauce is so good you can make bloody Mary's out of it. How long did you cook the pork? Did the rub you made over power the swamp sauce? Also, could you taste the marinade at all? I bet that chicken rocked! I almost made a Greek pizza like we made that day.. Maybe this weekend.. Take care JB.. Glad to hear your voice on the old camera again!! Tell the family Hello!!

The pork was about 2 hours, Wife & grand child didn't like the rub blend.
It was a tad too spicy for em. The marinade soaked into the meat real good, It was real strong vinagar based, Close to Chavettas but with cummin & other spices. It did over power the sauce, Thats why it was poured on the plated meat too

I'm gonna get a Canon soon, the old cam aint gonna last long...
